How Did We Get Started?

Brookside Hops & Hoagies was founded by Long Lake locals as a casual, family-friendly, beer and hoagie shop in 2023. After a lot of research and planning, we started serving local beers and our take on the traditional Italian hoagie sandwich. Our mission is to provide our customers with a casual and fun venue to relax, enjoy a cold beer and a delicious hoagie. We believe our customers deserve the best, and we do everything we can to make sure our products are of the highest quality.

We strive to make our little corner of Long Lake a fun, hip, and comfortable place to make a pit stop for a cold one and warm, delicious hoagie. Our selection of craft beers, as well as traditional favorites, will keep you coming back for more.
